Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HolisticYAA, we are committed to providing a transformative educational experience grounded in the authentic teachings of Ayurveda. Due to the nature of our course structure and limited seat availability, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

 

1. Course Enrollment & Payment

• Full payment or a deposit is required to reserve your seat in the program.

• Payment plans are available for select courses and must be completed as per the agreed schedule.

 

2. Cancellation by Student

Cancellation at least 30 days before course start ( by Dec 9,2025): Full refund minus $200 registration fee.​

No refund will be given,if the cancellation is done beyond above timeline.

3. Non-Refundable Items

​

• Application and registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Any course materials already distributed are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

4. Transfer & Credit

​

• If you are unable to attend the course, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future program within one year, subject to availability and approval.

• A $200 transfer fee applies. Written notice must be provided at least 15 days before the course start date.

5. Cancellation by HolisticYAA

​

• In the rare event that the course is cancelled by Bhawna Mittal or HolisticYAA, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants, including any deposits paid.

 

6. Missed Sessions

​

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, partial attendance, or no-shows. It is the student’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions.
