Join Bhawna Mittal for a complimentary one-hour online session dedicated to mental wellness, emotional balance, inner peace, and joyful living through the practices of yoga, breathwork, mudras, chakra healing, and Yoga Nidra.In today’s fast-moving and emotionally overwhelming lifestyle, many people experience mental fatigue, emotional heaviness, overthinking, anxiety, stress, nervous system exhaustion, and difficulty feeling truly relaxed. This session is designed to gently help the mind and body slow down, reconnect, and restore balance naturally.This is not an intense physical yoga class. Instead, this session focuses more deeply on mental relaxation, emotional awareness, breath regulation, chakra balancing, and mindful healing practices that support inner calmness and emotional clarity.

What We Will Practice During the Session

Short Guided Meditation

We will begin with a gentle grounding meditation to help calm the mind, relax the nervous system, and bring awareness inward. This meditation will help participants disconnect from mental noise and reconnect with stillness, peace, and present-moment awareness.

Mudra Practice for Emotional Balance

Simple healing mudras (hand gestures) will be practiced supporting emotional stability, energy balance, mental focus, and relaxation. Mudras are traditionally used in yogic practices to influence the flow of energy within the body and mind.

Breathwork (Pranayama)

The session will include calming breathing practices to support:

  • Stress reduction

  • Nervous system relaxation

  • Mental clarity

  • Better emotional regulation

 

These breathing techniques are gentle, beginner-friendly, and deeply supportive for mental wellness.

Chakra Healing Awareness

We will practice guided chakra healing and awareness techniques focused on balancing emotional and mental energy centers. The session will help participants understand how emotions, stress, and mental patterns can influence energetic balance within the body.

Special focus will be given to practices that support:

  • Emotional release

  • Heart-centered awareness

  • Inner joy and compassion

  • Mental peace

 

Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation

The session will conclude with a deeply relaxing guided Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a meditative relaxation technique that helps calm the body and quiet the mind while allowing deep rest and emotional restoration.

 

This practice may help support:

  • Better sleep quality

  • Emotional relaxation

  • Reduced stress and overthinking

  • Mental calmness

  • Deep inner rest and healing awareness

Who Can Join?

This session is open to all levels, including beginners. No prior yoga experience is required. Participants are encouraged to join from a quiet and comfortable space with a yoga mat, cushion, or chair if needed.
