In this workshop, Ayurvedic consultant and yoga educator Bhawna Mittal will guide you through an Ayurvedic understanding of perimenopause and menopause and how simple lifestyle practices can support balance during this phase of life.

You will learn how to manage perimenopausal symptoms naturally, how to move toward a healthier menopause transition, and how supportive lifestyle practices may help reduce dependency on excessive hormonal support by improving overall balance and well-being.

Bhawna Mittal is an Ayurvedic consultant and yoga educator with experience in integrating Ayurveda, yoga, breathwork, and mindful lifestyle practices to support physical and emotional well-being. Through Holistic YAA, she offers workshops, consultations, and wellness programs focused on practical and sustainable health approaches.
