Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy : At HolisticYAA, we are committed to providing a transformative educational experience grounded in the authentic teachings of Ayurveda. Due to the nature of our course structure and limited seat availability, the following cancellation and refund policies apply: 1. Course Enrollment & Payment ​ Full payment or a deposit is required to reserve your seat in the program. Payment plans are available for select courses and must be completed as per the agreed schedule. 2. Cancellation by Student ​ Cancellation within 7 days of registration (until July 31, 2025): Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation more than 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the total fee paid. Cancellation within 30 days of the course start date: No refund will be issued. 3. Non-Refundable Items ​ Application and registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Any course materials already distributed are non-returnable and non-refundable. 4. Transfer & Credit ​ If you are unable to attend the course, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future program within one year, subject to availability and approval. A $100 transfer fee applies. Written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the course start date. ​​ 5. Cancellation by HolisticYAA ​ In the rare event that the course is cancelled by Bhawna Mittal or HolisticYAA, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants, including any deposits paid. 6. Missed Sessions ​ No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, partial attendance, or no-shows.
