Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy At HolisticYAA, we are committed to providing a transformative educational experience grounded in the authentic teachings of Ayurveda. Due to the nature of our course structure and limited seat availability, the following cancellation and refund policies apply: 1. Course Enrollment & Payment Full payment or a deposit is required to reserve your seat in the program. Payment plans are available for select courses and must be completed as per the agreed schedule. 2. Cancellation by Student Within 7 days of registration (on or before November 30, 2025): Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. More than 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the total fee paid. Within 30 days of the course start date: No refund will be issued. 3. Non-Refundable Items Application and registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Any course materials already distributed are non-returnable and non-refundable. 4. Transfer & Credit If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future program within one year, subject to availability and approval. A $100 transfer fee applies. Written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the course start date. 5. Cancellation by HolisticYAA In the rare event that the course is cancelled by Bhawna Mittal or HolisticYAA, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants, including any deposits paid. 6. Missed Sessions No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, partial attendance, or no-shows. All sessions are recorded, and recordings will be shared with registered participants. It is the student’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions.
