In this workshop, we will explore natural ways to support hormonal balance through:

1) Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Daily Rhythm

  • How routine supports the endocrine and nervous system

  • Sleep, stress, and daily habits that impact hormones

2) Ayurvedic Diet for Hormonal Support

  • What to eat and what to reduce for better digestion and metabolism

  • Meal timing and simple food rules that support balance

3) Ayurvedic Herbs (Education and Guidance)

  • Understanding commonly used Ayurvedic herbs for hormonal health

  • How herbs are chosen based on your constitution and current imbalance
    (Note: herbs will be discussed for education; individualized use is best guided by a practitioner.)

4) Breathwork for Hormonal Balance

  • Calming breath practices to regulate stress response

  • Simple techniques that support mood, sleep, and digestion

5) Gentle Yoga Practices

  • A beginner-friendly sequence focused on grounding, circulation, and relaxation

  • Practices supportive for thyroid, PCOD, and menopause transitions
