This program integrates classical Ayurvedic principles with therapeutic yoga practices to support emotional regulation, mental clarity, and overall psycho-physiological balance. The program follows a 21-day structured cleansing approach within a 5-week framework, allowing participants to gradually observe, release, and reset emotional and mental patterns. It is designed to address imbalances across the five layers of human existence (Pancha Kosha model), including physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and inner awareness levels. ⸻ Program Approach This program is based on a holistic and preventive health model, focusing on the connection between digestion, breath, emotional patterns, and mental stability.
